Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

Varsity provides a fun, positive, and career focused environment for our teams to learn, grow and deliver on our motto - Good Times Always!

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the crew and keeping shifts running smoothly
• Delivering epic guest experiences across food, bev and entertainment
• Coaching, training and supporting your team
• Keeping an eye on service, safety and venue standards
• Solving the occasional “well, this wasn’t in the training manual” situation
• Working alongside the management team to make Varsity Midland the place to be

Who we’re looking for:

You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership.

Either way, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like
• Can lead a team and bring good energy to a shift
• Is confident making decisions when the pressure is on
• Actually enjoys working with people
• Is available across nights, weekends and public holidays
• Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
