We’re building our opening crew and looking for experienced Casual Gaming Supervisors who know their way around a gaming floor and can step up and lead when things get busy.

🏆 Running great shifts across our gaming floor

🙌 Supporting and leading the team when you’re on shift

🎰 Creating a welcoming experience for our gaming guests and regulars

📋 Keeping gaming compliance and responsible gambling standards sharp

🍻 Working alongside our wider venue team to keep the whole operation running smoothly

👀 Spotting problems early and jumping in when your team needs you

🔥 Bringing plenty of personality, energy and leadership to every shift

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You’ve already got gaming experience under your belt and you’re confident taking the lead on shift.
• You know your regulars matter. You’re friendly, switched on and can create a great guest experience while keeping compliance and responsible gambling front of mind.
• You’re reliable, comfortable working nights and weekends and don’t mind being right in the middle of the action when the venue is pumping.
• You’ll also need the relevant Victorian gaming and responsible service certifications required for the role.
