We're looking for a Functions Manager to take the lead on creating seamless events from enquiry to execution. If you're organised, love building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be your next big play.

Key Plays:
• Coordinate and deliver exceptional functions and events from planning through to pack down.
• Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring every event exceeds expectations.
• Lead and coordinate the venue team during functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Drive function sales by building relationships within the local community and identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage event administration including run sheets, payments, reporting and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure every function is delivered safely, professionally and to The Sporting Globe's high standards.

What You'll Bring:
• At least 2 years' experience in a Functions or Events role, preferably within hospitality.
• A passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
• Outstanding organisation and communication skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple events while keeping calm under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
• Current RSA.
• A proactive attitude and the drive to grow our functions business.
