🏆 Lead from the front and support the team through busy services and big nights
🏆 Help build a strong, positive, high-performing culture
🏆 Support stock control, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day operations
🏆 Keep bar standards high while bringing energy to every shift
🏆 Be the go-to leader when senior management are away
🏆 Work closely with the team to create a buzzing atmosphere guests want to come back to

What You’ll Bring:
🔥 Previous hospitality leadership experience (bar/pub experience preferred)
🔥 Strong communication and people management skills
🔥 A hands-on attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
🔥 RSA, RSG & TAB Basics preferred
🔥 Passion for hospitality, entertainment, sport, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
