Role Overview: As a Line Cook at TGI Fridays, you will be responsible for crafting our delicious American dishes, from wings and ribs to pasta and more. In a fast-paced environment, you'll maintain our high standards of food safety and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow restaurant recipes and plating guides to ensure the highest quality meals are served promptly.
• Allocate staff sections and duties, working closely with the head chef to manage kitchen operations effectively.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in various cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and blanching.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items with attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Keep the kitchen and stock areas clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Assist the head chef in menu improvements, specials, and limited-time offers.
• Manage stock orders, delivery receipts, temperature logs, and more.

Qualifications:

• Fully Trade Qualified preferred.
• Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred.
