General Managers – Multiple Roles Across Southern Melbourne!

The Role
As a General Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day operations of your venue with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, building a motivated team, and growing the business. You’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring every department runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced venues.
  • Strong leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage staff, sales, costs, and service quality.
  • A can-do attitude, resilience, and a passion for fostering a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weeknights and weekends.

Your Key Duties

  • Lead a team of up to 60 staff, including overseeing the head chef.
  • Manage rostering, on-shift leadership, and staff training.
  • Control stock and costs, while maintaining top-notch food hygiene and safety.
  • Identify opportunities to boost sales and ensure superior service.
  • Lead by example to foster a positive, fun, and productive working environment.
