Are you a seasoned leader ready to helm our dynamic team? We're seeking a passionate Venue Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at our vibrant TGI Friday's location in Mt Druitt.

 

As a pivotal member of the TGI Friday's management team, you'll spearhead the development of our staff and uphold the renowned standards of our brand. We're searching for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a team of up to 30 staff, including training, scheduling, and on-shift supervision.
  • Ensure seamless Front of House operations to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold OH&S and Food Hygiene standards.
  • Strategically identify opportunities for revenue growth while effectively managing costs.
  • Champion superior service to guarantee unparalleled guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment and serve as a mentor for your team.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, particularly in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • While preferred, hospitality or management qualifications are not essential.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive mindset with the ability to remain efficient and resilient under pressure.
  • Dedication to cultivating a supportive culture that nurtures team development.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy trading periods.
