Roles and Requirements:

• Experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in hospitality
• Energetic team player with a strong work ethic
• Inspire and mentor kitchen brigade for culinary excellence
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Financial controls understanding
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Adherence to venue's recipe & plating guides for quality meals

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience as Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie Chef
• Energetic team player with a strong work ethic
• Passion for exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
• Commitment to brand standards and hygiene
• Knowledge of rostering (desired)
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
