As we continue to expand our footprint, we’re searching for a driven, proactive and commercially curious Property & Franchising Coordinator to join our high-performing Development team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience across franchising, property, analysis and stakeholder management. You’ll be central to supporting the growth of our brands while learning from an experienced team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing: Reporting to the Head of Property & Franchising, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of franchise recruitment, site acquisition and commercial evaluation. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and performance of our national venue network. Every day will look a little different and will include: • Supporting franchise partner recruitment by managing enquiries, documentation and early-stage engagement
• Assisting with franchise agreements, disclosure documents and coordination with legal partners
• Helping prepare feasibility assessments through data gathering, benchmarking and financial modelling support
• Contributing to site acquisition activities including research, due diligence and report preparation
• Coordinating communication and workflow across Development, Operations, Finance and franchise partners
• Maintaining accurate CRM and system records and preparing regular reporting packs
