The Business Development Manager role is responsible for managing multiple locations, overseeing the successful financial operation and compliance with brand standards for each site.
This role will report to a National Operations Manager and will be well supported by our Corporate Team. This role is directly responsible for people management, through Venue Managers directly reporting to this role.
The role is based in Melbourne, with regular travel required between local locations and interstate.

Requirements for the role:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Area Manager/Business Development Manager role in Hospitality, preferably in restaurants or pubs.
Passionate about providing an exceptional experience for the team and guests
Thrives in the fast-paced, innovative, competitive, and FUN work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and knowledge of current and relevant hospitality management systems
Exceptional P&L management skills
Must hold a valid driver's license and have a car
