We are seeking a hard-working and vibrant Wait Staff to provide excellent customer service, high-quality products and bring that spark to the Friday's family.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Creating a presence at our venue entrance,

Greeting and checking in guests and maintaining guest satisfaction

Assisting with function setup and table layouts

Co-ordinating bookings across the venue

Generating extra customers off the street and upselling menu

Driving our internal loyalty program

Liaising with management and staff as needed

Developing repeat business by creating lasting impressions with guests from the moment they walk in, until they leave and can’t wait to be back

Assisting with guest feedback and rectifying any issues

Providing support to the waiters/ Waitresses when required

Answering the phones and taking bookings, enquiries and providing information about our brand to the guest. 

 

What does success look like? 

  • Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable however not essential
  • A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
