We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who can bring that Fridays energy, backing our operational teams and delivering standout results across our restaurants in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

 

While the position is located in Melbourne, there will be a requirement to travel between locations.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales, profitability, and performance across multiple venues through strong P&L management
  • Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency through regular audits, coaching, and adherence to safety and licensing standards.
  • Coach and develop teams to build capability, engagement, and leadership bench depth.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to venues to enhance guest experience, streamline operations, and deliver results.

What you’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Area Manager or Business Development Manager
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving service excellence.
  • Competitive drive and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with franchisees and venue teams.
  • Advanced financial acumen with demonstrated success in P&L management and performance 
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue growth through local area marketing initiatives and targeted sales activation.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, with flexibility to travel across multiple states.
