We’re looking for our next Venue Manager to take ownership of our Tea Tree Plaza venue and drive the next phase of performance.

What You’ll Own

• Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability
• Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution 
• Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L. 
• Set the standard on great guest experience 
• Build a venue culture that people want to be part of, both team and guests

Who You Are

• Proven operator with 2–3 years leading high-volume venues
• Decisive under pressure, you don’t hesitate, you execute
• Commercially sharp, you understand how to drive performance, not just manage it
• Deeply invested in guest experience, product quality and team engagement
• You bring energy, but more importantly, you bring leadership
