We’re looking for our next Venue Manager to take ownership of our Tea Tree Plaza venue and drive the next phase of performance. What You’ll Own - Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability
- Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution
- Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L.
- Set the standard on great guest experience
- Build a venue culture that people want to be part of, both team and guests
Who You Are - Proven operator with 2–3 years leading high-volume venues
- Decisive under pressure, you don’t hesitate, you execute
- Commercially sharp, you understand how to drive performance, not just manage it
