As our loyalty and customer engagement ecosystem continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to help deliver smarter, more relevant communications across the customer journey. This role sits within Digital Marketing and works closely with the Group Loyalty Manager and brand teams to turn lifecycle strategy into high‑quality execution that drives engagement, retention, and customer value. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for executing and optimising lifecycle communications across multiple brands, channels, and stages of the member journey. This includes: - Building, testing, and deploying campaigns across email, push, in‑app, and SMS
- Translating briefs into clear, on‑brand, and well‑timed communications
- Coordinating with brand teams to manage timelines and ensure campaign accuracy and delivery
You’ll also lead the execution and optimisation of automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, next best actions, churn prevention, and reactivation: - Building and refining journeys within Braze
- Expanding automation coverage and effectiveness
- Continuously improving performance using behavioural insights and results
- Supporting paid advertising with audience activation and segmentation
As the platform owner, you’ll help build capability across the business: - Acting as the Braze champion for lifecycle execution
- Maximising audience reach, engagement, and cohort performance
- Contributing to use‑case ideation, templates, and best practices
- Supporting scalable, repeatable processes across brands
You’ll monitor performance and optimise results by: - Tracking reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Supporting A/B testing and experimentation
- Identifying trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Managing audience health, delivery rates, and unsubscribe performance
- Partnering with the Group Loyalty Manager to evolve lifecycle and loyalty strategies over time
What You’ll Bring - 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
- Experience with segmentation, personalisation, and testing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with data, metrics, and performance reporting
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or HubSpot is highly regarded, along with: - An understanding of lifecycle marketing principles
- Familiarity with CDPs such as Segment
- An interest in behavioural psychology and applying generative AI to improve efficiency and personalisation

Additional Information This is a full‑time role based in Melbourne.
