As we continue to go far and go together, we’re seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to champion compliance, strengthen risk management, and ensure operational excellence across our hospitality brands.

 

How will you play to win?

We’re seeking Audit & Compliance Manager ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal policies, and brand standards across our venues. This role drives operational excellence through auditing, analysis, and action plans, while supporting our venue teams and franchise partners. You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality regulations, build strong relationships with business leaders, and champion continuous improvement. Confidentiality, trust, and alignment with our core values are essential.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead auditing and compliance activities in venue to ensure adherence to hospitality industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor processes, systems, and standards across our business.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on compliance and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of accountability.
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years in auditing and compliance within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements; proven ability to implement processes, systems, and standards
  • Data analysis capability, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • High initiative, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills as part of a leadership team
  • Passion for making a difference and delivering results under deadlines
