As we continue to go far and go together we’re seeking an Audio Visual Service and Project Manager to lead our projects and service operations, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction across all our brands.

The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, reporting, and client relationship skills as the position is responsible for the efficient running of day-to-day audio-visual operations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Service & Operations

  • Oversee daily AV operations and ensure high-quality technical support across all venues
  • Act as escalation point for venue and internal team AV issues, managing responses and coordinating with third-party integrators.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building with Franchise Partners, key suppliers, venue managers, and operations management. This includes maintaining regular communication to understand their changing needs, proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, collaborating on service improvements and cultivating trust to enable smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain oversight of all open service tickets, ensuring timeframes, costs and accountability are met.
  • Lead a small technical AV team including one AV Technician, ensuring consistent delivery standards and system readiness.
  • Conduct routine venue health checks and pre-event system tests to prevent downtime.
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues, drive root-cause analysis and develop preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records including as-built documentation, programming files and asset registers.
  • Produce monthly service delivery and performance reports covering issue trends, cost allocation and SLA compliance.
  • Supervise and implement a preventative maintenance program that incorporates venue visits, testing, and validation to proactively identify faults prior to any impact on venue operations.

Project & Upgrades

  • Support new venue fit outs and refurbishment projects, coordinating AV vendors, internal teams and timelines.
  • Review designs and quotations to ensure alignment with Signature’s AV standards and budget.
  • Assist in commissioning, testing and handover of new installations.
  • Provide technical input on upgrades or system changes to improve reliability or user experience.

Innovation & Strategy

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to stay current with product developments and new technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing scalable AV solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support R&D initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and propose future-fit solutions.
  • Contribute to long-term AV strategy and standardisation across brands and venues.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong operational background in audio-visual systems, ideally in multi-venue or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting, control systems and DSP configuration.
  • Understanding of AV network architecture and system integration principles.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, service performance and SLA delivery.
  • Experience supporting fit-outs or upgrade projects alongside system integrators.
  • Ability to supervise and develop technical team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
