We’re scouting for a Sous Chef who will help lead our culinary team to victory.
You’ll be the vice-captain of the kitchen, backing up the Head Chef and rallying the team to deliver game-winning plates every service.

Support the Head Chef in daily operations and decision-making
Manage inventory and prep schedules
Above $77,000 salary, excluding super
Lead, train, and inspire the BOH team to deliver excellence

What you’ll bring:
Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
Leadership, communication, and time management skills
Cool under pressure with a sharp focus on quality and consistency
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
