We’re scouting for a Head Chef, the captain of the kitchen! You will fuel the crowd, inspiring your team, and delivering big-time flavour in every bite.
Key Plays:
Manage inventory, suppliers and schedules.
Lead the Back of House team by inspiring, training and delivering excellence.
Make sure every plate and prep bench reflects our best-in-class brand
What you’ll bring:
A natural leader with Head Chef experience in a high-energy kitchen
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and team management
Ability to handle the heat and stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
