Roles and Requirements: - Experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in hospitality
- Energetic team player with a strong work ethic
- Inspire and mentor kitchen brigade for culinary excellence
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Financial controls understanding
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Adherence to venue's recipe & plating guides for quality meals
Who We're Looking For: - Experience as Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie Chef
- Energetic team player with a strong work ethic
- Passion for exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
- Commitment to brand standards and hygiene
- Knowledge of rostering (desired)
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
