• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Assist the chefs with food prep and restocking during the rush
• Lead, train, and inspire the BOH team to deliver excellence under pressure
• Ensure the kitchen plays clean and safe with food safety and hygiene

What you’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen (pub or restaurant environment is desired)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Cool under pressure with a sharp focus on quality and consistency
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends & public holidays—because that’s when it counts
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (bonus points, not a deal-breaker)
