• Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments

• Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
• RSA certificate and TAB certificate

• Proven experience as a bartender mixing, serving, and providing great customer service

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compliance with all food and beverage regulations
• Ability to assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Willingness to support on the floor when required - all-rounder skills
