Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

What will you do? 

• Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example, jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
• Cultivate a fun-first culture.
• Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
• Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.
• Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!

• Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
• Proven experience in hospitality leadership
• An understanding of a venues financials
• Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
• First Aid Certificate is desirable or a willingness to be trained 
• Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
