Our King Street Wharf venue is a flagship location on Sydney’s iconic waterfront, a high-energy, high-volume site that sets the pace for great guest experience and operational excellence. In partnership with the legendary 4 Pines team and our on-site brewery, this venue brings together the best of beer and sport in a one-of-a-kind collaboration that champions flavour, atmosphere, and unforgettable moments.

 

We’re looking for a General Manager who leads from the front, is hands on and plays to win, and knows how to run a large-scale venue with discipline, energy, and a guest-first mindset.

 

You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venues, with confidence and clarity under pressure
  • Strong commercial acumen across P&L management, labour and COGS control, forecasting, and driving profitability
  • Demonstrated success in functions, events, large bookings, and major game-day operations
  • A hands-on leadership style with high accountability, ownership, and the ability to set the tone from the floor
  • Skilled in managing key stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with the on-site 4 Pines brewery team to deliver innovative beer-led experiences and activations
  • A guest-obsessed mindset and a sharp eye for service consistency and quality
  • Experience with local area marketing, community engagement, and building repeat visitation
  • Familiarity with late-night operations, liquor licensing, compliance, and entertainment-led trade
  • A natural ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams, and foster a culture that thrives on energy and results
